Brad R. Howard is a founding partner of The Langtree Group and local business leader with over 20 years of experience. Brad brings a multifaceted background in commercial and investment real estate, including brokerage, development, property management, and strategic consulting. He has played a key role in the acquisition and repositioning of mixed-use and commercial assets and is known for creating value through long-term relationships and thoughtful market execution.

Ms. Mackey has over 40 years corporate experience, holding managerial and operational positions in administration and accounting for corporations having several hundred employees with more than $15 million in annual revenues. Ms. Mackey has experience in real estate, real estate development, land development, hospitality, manufacturing, education, and entitlement, providing a diverse portfolio of experience that brings value to any business environment.

In her current role, Ms. Mackey is part of a team developing real estate projects exceeding $50 million in value in the commercial, retail, multi-family, and hospitality market segments. Ms. Mackey oversees all contract administration, contract management, and a portion of the financial aspects of these development initiatives.
